THE CSR announced that the “4th Sustainability Management Report | Expert Course” held for two days from the 25th to the 26th at Yeouido FKI Tower ended on a high note. This course was attended by 26 executives and employees in charge of sustainable management activities in the public and private sectors, including Hyundai Motor Group, CJ E&M, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, GS E&C, Hyundai E&C, LG CNS, the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute, and the National Research Foundation of Korea.

THE CSR, an organization specialized in sustainable management, held the “2018 CSR Outlook Conference” on the 15th at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong. The conference attracted about 100 executives and employees responsible for CSR at enterprises leading the field of sustainable management, such as CJ Group, SK Group, and Hana Financial Group, as well as exemplary state-owned organizations including the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute, the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation, the Mine Reclamation Corporation, and the National Research Foundation of Korea.

THE CSR announced on the 18th that it held the '2017 CSR Outlook Seminar' at the GS Namchon Leadership Center in Ogin-dong. The related organizations, including the the Korea Association of the United Nations Global Compact, the Korea Sustainability Investing Forum, Lloyd's Register Korea, and Kyung Hee University, teamed up with the executives and employees of leading enterprises in the field of sustainability management, such as Hana Financial Group, CJ, LS, Hyundai Mobis, LG Innotek and POSCO Chemical.

THE CSR has recently joined the Fair Player Club by acceding to the Fair Players Anti-Corruption Pledge sponsored by the Korean Association of the United Nations Global Compact. It was a good opportunity for our employees to once again be reminded of the importance of compliance and ethical management by celebrating our affiliation with the Fair Player Club. * What is Fair Player Club? As one of the 24 global anti-corruption projects promoted by the World Bank and Siemens Integrity Initiative of Germany, it provides support in reinforcing the sense of compliance and ethical management of enterprises.

Under the theme of "Sustainable management is what it takes to be competitive," this event was attended by the executives and employees from state-owned organizations and related enterprises, including the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute, CJ CheilJedang, Kyobo Life Insurance, Hana Financial Group, GS E&C, and POSCO Chemical.

THE CSR, a professional sustainability management consulting firm, and Lloyd's Register Korea (LRQA) announced that they plan to hold the “2nd Global Sustainability Management Report Expert Course” on the 8th. This course co-hosted by both organizations aims to promote the competitiveness of Korean companies by examining the effect that the mandatory reporting requirements set in 2017 by the Singapore Exchange for sustainability reporting has had on Korea, so as to respond effectively to global sustainability management evaluations such as DJSI, FTSE and Ecovadis through the publication of sustainability management reports.

GM Korea announced that it has published “A Driving Force”, a sustainability report on business activities and sustainability management conducted in various fields over the past year, including the economy, environment, society and culture.

Lloyd's Register Korea (LRQA Korea), an accreditation institute for domestic and foreign industries, and THE CSR, a global expert in sustainability management, said on the 28th that they signed a business agreement to strengthen their competitiveness in the sustainability management business.
